Are you interested in a Good Read in Holocaust and Genocide Studies?
The Bibliography of Holocaust and Genocide Studies highlights a sample of the wide-range of resources in our field. For older material, we are developing a Classics Section for outstanding and trailblazing publications that have contributed to the foundations of our interdisciplinary field.
In Issue 7, we have included for the first time, completed Ph.D. dissertations from 2010 in our GPN Bibliography. These dissertations show fresh research being conducted in Holocaust and Genocide Studies by new scholars in the field. Additional Ph.D. and MA dissertations will appear in future issues.
An additional feature of the Bibliography, beginning with this Issue 7, is a link to the WorldCat (www.worldcat.org) that will assist researchers in locating individual publications in libraries throughout the world. If a journal article or book is not available at your local library or university, this access point will greatly help in securing the publication through Interlibrary Loan.
We invite all researchers and scholars to submit their publications to us from 2008 to the present, along with abstract/summaries to be included in the GPN-Bibliography of Holocaust and Genocide Studies. We are interested in books, chapters of books, journal articles, dissertations, films and all other types of publications that reflect the interdisciplinary field of Holocaust and Genocide Studies. Our goal is to develop an online bibliographic database for publications in the growing field of Holocaust and Genocide Studies that will benefit researchers as well as students in our field.
